  • All online orders must be collected from our daycare centre. 

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation for verification. 

  • Orders must be collected within 7 business days after the notification. Failure to collect may result in the order being cancelled without refund.

Order Delivery:

  • Orders will be shipped to arrive within 3-5 working days, a tracking number will be provided to you by the team upon shipping.

Return Policy:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been collected from our daycare centre. Please inspect your items at the time of collection to ensure they meet your expectations.
